start with a pedicure.
If you cannot afford a pedicure ($20-$30) just go to Walmart or a store and buy a callus remover, in the nail section, usually by beauty. Follow the directions on the pkg. Make sure you soak your feet before you use it so your skin is soft, the dead skin will come right off with this.
Also, you will need to get a really thick lotion, if you don't have one, use Vaseline. Massage into your feet before bed, then put socks on. Make sure you put ALOT of lotion or Vaseline on. In the morning you will have soft feet.

First soak your feet in warm water, then use a foot file to file off calluses, clip nails, push back cuticles, apply thick lotion and put on cotton socks. When you wake up you will have soft feet with toes that look great.

Use a foot file/paddle in the shower to slough off dead skin.
Kera Sal = best ointment for rough heels
Soak your feet in warm water w/ 1-2 cups of warm whole milk. The milk will encourage cell turnover & moisturize your feet.

Well there are lots of things that may work. For me I used to use nail clippers and files to "shave" down my calluses. But, all I use now is Herbal Serenity Foot Creme from BeautiControl. That's it! I used to have very think callused feet. And now I have soft, un-callused feet.
I works awesome for me!

if greasiness is ok with you, you can try vaseline petroleum jelly or prick a vit.E gel/capsule to squeeze contents, rub it on your feet and wear socks to trap the moisture.. do this before bedtime.
you can also try foot creams which are more concentrated than ordinary lotions.
