probably it was a pre invasive cancer that affects epithelial cells of the cervix only without infiltration of the stroma it also known as CIN (cervical intraepithelial neoplasm) or cervical dysplasia and about 60% of the cases heal spontaneously without any treatment the condition is just followed up by vaginal smears

3 tests? Sounds like abnormal Pap smears, not neccessarily cervical cancer. A conclusive test would have been a biopsy.
Cell dyplasia can "clear" up.

did she really have cervical cancer or just an abnormal pap? an abnormal pap can be nothing, thus future paps can come back clear. either she is a liar, uneducated or you have witnessed a miracle

I suspect that either the tests were incorrectly done, or she is stretching the truth.
miracles have been known to happen, but you see more chickens running around with dentures.

It has been known to happen.

Tell her to check herself every now and then.
