By saying, "I don't believe in God" is not actually acknowledging there is a God. Since the majority of the people believe in a God their only defense is that one does not exist. But answer me this, if there wasn't a God, then why do people around the world have similar moral beliefs of right and wrong even if they are from different families and different cultures. Atheists have the simplest form of thought because everything can just be written off as chance. Even science, with all the information they know, can not explain the human brain, the universe and certain aspects of our planet.

Atheism is characterized by an absence of belief in the existence of gods. This absence of belief generally comes about either through deliberate choice, or from an inherent inability to believe religious teachings which seem literally incredible. It is not a lack of belief born out of simple ignorance of religious teachings.
Some atheists go beyond a mere absence of belief in gods: they actively believe that particular gods, or all gods, do not exist. Just lacking belief in Gods is often referred to as the "weak atheist" position; whereas believing that gods do not (or cannot) exist is known as "strong atheism."
Regarding people who have never been exposed to the concept of 'god': Whether they are 'atheists' or not is a matter of debate. Since you're unlikely to meet anyone who has never encountered religion, it's not a very important debate...
It is important, however, to note the difference between the strong and weak atheist positions. "Weak atheism" is simple scepticism; disbelief in the existence of God. "Strong atheism" is an explicitly held belief that God does not exist. Please do not fall into the trap of assuming that all atheists are "strong atheists." There is a qualitative difference in the "strong" and "weak" positions; it's not just a matter of degree.
Some atheists believe in the nonexistence of all Gods; others limit their atheism to specific Gods, such as the Christian God, rather than making flat-out denials.
"But isn't disbelieving in God the same thing as believing he doesn't exist?"
Definitely not. Disbelief in a proposition means that one does not believe it to be true. Not believing that something is true is not equivalent to believing that it is false; one may simply have no idea whether it is true or not.

you're getting confused with the semantics of the question. you don't have to acknowledge something exists to say you don't believe in it. atheists state that god does not exist, not simply that they don't believe. the easter bunny or bigfoot are known entities in mythology and pop culture, but this doesn't mean they actually exist, and whether or not someone believes in their existance will not make them any more or less likely to actually exist.
what you are confused on is the acknowledgement of god in the phrase "i don't believe that god exists." this isn't saying "god exists but i don't believe in him," it is saying you acknowledge that some people believe there is a god, but you are not one of those people.

... No, you misunderstand. It's like saying you don't believe in Santa Clause. Saying you don't believe in him, doesn't mean you acknowledge he's real, but are refusing to accept him. It means you don't think he exists.
We atheists don't think god exists. We do not acknowledge the 'fact' that there is a god.

No they don't, they think each of the prophets made him up even though they were written in different places and at different times and that the bible actually proved some stuff before science such as the earth being suspended in air etc.. and a whole lot of other things... and one person put all those books together and called it the word of God... and then everyone collectively agreed that it was the word of God "somehow" and that is why we believe in an imaginary being.

Why don't you believe in the Easter Bunny when you have to acknowledge an Easter Bunny to not believe in?Or, Why don't you believe in fairies or leprechauns when you have to acknowledge fairies and leprechauns exist in order to not believe?
Simple answer.
People are not acknowledging that any of those things exist. They only acknowledge that other people believe they do exist.Just like God.

Atheists really don't have to acknowledge a god, just the idea that there is one. All religions are on a basis of ideas, and all atheists choose to do is disapprove of those ideas.

Atheists believe there is no God
you do not need to believe in God for that,
you just need to know the definition of the word "God".
Do you believe there is 20-ton tarantula wandering around in Australia?
If you say you don't, does it mean you really think it's there and you refiuse to believe it?

That is completly asinine. So you believe in the Easter Bunny if you do not believe in the Easter Bunny. Something does not have to exist for you not to believe in it. That is one of the stupidest statements I have ever heard.
PS. I don't believe you are an idiot therefore you must be one.
