It isn't the greatest thing for you, but you can afford a little treat now and then with the workout schedule you follow, so lighten up on yourself! Read the labels though and see if you can't choose something healthier when you do splurge. I would be a little concerned at dropping 23 pounds in 2 months though....that is akin to 3 pounds per week steadily for 8 weeks and that is a little fast for someone your weight. If you aren't having McDonald's every single week, I wouldn't worry about it, just try to make wise choices!

just eating it every so often isnt bad at all! but dont eat there more than once a week or so, I was on weight watchers and went to mcdonalds and got a big mac, medium fry and medium soda and it was 15 points and I only got 25 for the whole day!!! so that tells you how bad it is, but I love mcdonalds too just try to eat there NO MORE than once a week and you should be ok! CONGRATS on the weightloss!!!

In most people's and even nutritionist's opinions McDonalds really isn't that bad for you if you only have it very occasionally. Meaning once or twice a week or every two weeks. And if you intend on going more often than that, it is probably not very good for you because of the artificial ingredients and fat in the food. But if you go more often than once a week, I'd suggest getting something at least close to healthy, like a salad.

Watch "Super Size Me" and you will find out
but on the other hand If you had it one time in 2 Months I dont think it could have done that much damage unless we are saying you ate one of everything... or a supersized meal like two of them. But im sure you ate a proper ammount and havent gained 200 lbs from it :)
Good luck with your weight loss and Congratulate yourself for doing such a good job, Maybe Next time you could try making your own chicken nuggets with fresh chicken breasts and fry them with crumbled fiber cerial for coating < it works and is tastey :)

The Golden Rule; "Everything in Moderation"
Yes McDonalds is mostly bad for you, but Yes it tastes good and if that's what makes you happy than you deserve it once in a while....Like once or twice a month.
And get a copy of "Super Size Me" and keep it handy to watch when you get the urge to eat there to often.

It sounds like you are perfectly healthy and eating at McDonalds once in a while isn't going to hurt. Just don't go there very often (for example, I limit myself to 1-2 trips per month on average...some months I don't go at all!).

as long as you didnt eat till you felt like puking its ok. As long as it isnt a habbit its ok. If you steped on the scale and gained a pound you should be freeked out because u ate way too much McDonals and thats the worst stuff to gain weight on. Once in a while in moderate sizes are OK. it isnt going to KILL YOU!!

how can you be a work outaholic and wiegh 208 lbs? I'd say you are working out, to lose weight which is great.

Eating anything at McDonald's is bad for you. You can't argue that. the fat content in their menu is out of control. their salad with nothing on it, or no meat in it might be ok, but the rest of it is not good for you, and it will take a week's worth of working outs to get that stuff out of your system.

It depends on what you order off the menu.
McDonalds has a lot of low calorie/low fat items now. They have salads, yogurt, fruit, etc.
Even if you eat french fries and a Big Mac, it's not going to hurt you if you only do it once in a while.
