find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Well the best way to lose weight is to exercise and to eat healthy. Bob, the trainer off of the Biggest Loser, says that the easiest way to eat health is to let yourself snack but only on good things. The other best thing to do is to eat whole meals but instead of just sitting on the coach after it, you should run around outside or play with your dog (if you have one) or something like that which will eventually (in time) allow you to lose weight.

You need to eat more or else your body will go in starvation mode and conserve energy. A good calorie goals is 1200-1400 a day. Also try eating more protein it keeps you fuller longer and builds muscle.

i am 13 and 5''5 and i weigh 124 ... its not much of losing so much weight ... its getting in shape... like maybe some abs ... i do 300 situps a night ... in a sequence of 100 at a time and eating right ... and my abs are NICE lol so if this helps

fast food is salty food if you cut back on the salt in a few weeks youll be able to better taste the natural salts in food and may not crave the junk as much as you used to
