I need to lose 11lbs (ive gained 14 since feb!!!) will this workout diet do it? I am sort of following the Fat Flush plan, just tweaked a little bit.
my diet:
breakfast: whey protein mixed with fruit, sometimes oatmeal
snack: boiled egg with celery and carrots
lunch: chicken breast with kale cooked in flax seed oil, sometimes a small sweet potato with cinnamon
snack: apple
dinner: fish with brocoli and asparagus cooked in flax seed oil. i drink 72 oz of water a day and some of it is mixed with unsweet cranberry juice and lemon.
my workout is:
m-30 min run before breakfast, back/biceps in the pm
t-20min run before breakfast, after breakfast 45min spin class then abs, and yoga at night
w-30 min run, legs in the pm
thr-20min run, spin class and abs, and yoga
fri-30 min run, chest/tris
sat: breakfast then spin class followed by power yoga and shoulders and abs.
my wedding dress comes in june 19 so i need my waist to get back to 24in.any good oblique tips or diet/workout tip?

your diet looks ok
you might want to do more cardio because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat
