i never have a bath lol because i only have a shower which i have every morning.

I used to, but now I bathe every 2-3 days. The more you shower/shampoo, the more you dry out your skin and hair, and the more oil you produce (which creates other problems). If you sweat a lot, you should wash more often. I take more showers in the summer due to the heat of North Carolina.

From UK Kent and don't time for shower everyday but every other day can't remember last time I had a bath has to be at least 2 years.

A shower every single morning without fail... even if I'm not leaving the house! It just makes me feel better.
I wash my hair about 2-3 times a week as I have difficult-to-manage hair. If i washed it every day I'd be permanently late for work!

I am American - a New Yorker. I shower twice a day. I like hygiene. I don't understand people who have access to a shower/tub and don't bathe everyday. We're in the 21st century for heaven sake!

Why?
I hate baths! prefer showers dont like the thought of laying in dirty water otherwise what the hell is the point in getting washed if your just gonna lay in there for an hour or so in your own dead skincells & dirt???

Yes I bathe everyday but I don't wash my hair everyday. I don't think hair is at its best when its squeaky clean. I prefer to wash my hair every other day especially in winter. I'm from North Dakota.
