I am 5'1 to 5'2 and I weight 106 pounds.... I sound not that fat or anything but most of my fat goes to my arms, stomach, thigh and face I need a good workout plan to get toned and loose some of my cheeks...a detailed exercise plan please like begginers to when I can handle more...and some good diet plans... I wanna be healthy not like ugly skinny....HELP!

My face wasnt soo huge before... so please dont tell me its genetic and its not that huge I juss wanna loose the fat and double chin...

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

The only good way to lose weight is diet (lots of water for hydration, whole grains, fresh unsweetened fruits and vegetables, and lean proteins) - no refined sugars, low sodium.

You will not lose fat in targeted areas, but overall throughout your body.

A good workout plan to lose weight consists of working out 5 days a week (5 30-minute cardio sessions, at least 3 core workouts, and at least 3 strength sessions). On the 6th day, use active rest - go play frisbee, go golfing, etc. On the 7th day rest to avoid physical and mental burnout.
