I am 5'1 to 5'2 and I weight 106 pounds.... I sound not that fat or anything but most of my fat goes to my arms, stomach, thigh and face I need a good workout plan to get toned and loose some of my cheeks...a detailed exercise plan please like begginers to when I can handle more...and some good diet plans... I wanna be healthy not like ugly skinny....HELP!

My face wasnt soo huge before... so please dont tell me its genetic and its not that huge I juss wanna loose the fat and double chin...
