And what is "unauthorized fire?"

Even worse Aaron (Moses' brother, and the deceased's father) didn't seem ticked off either. I mean if God killed my kids for unauthorized fire, I might just stop praising Him to my people.

It is silly, but also extremely morbid. I'm a Christian but I've always felt the Jewish scripture has no place in our canon. It's filled with violence, cruelty and wholly irrational behavior, but most of all the portrayal of Jehovah - presumably or supposedly the Supreme Being - as a kind of demented, wrathful demagogue. That isn't a Christian concept, nor will you find anything like the above in our Gospel.

Moses is a traitor. He betrayed his family and killed innocents. So Moses was not pissed that GOd killed his nephews.

God is just. He has a reason for everything that he does. Moses knew that, and didn't question it. Neither should we.
