I frequently have a reoccuring dream that I am masterbating in front of a large group of people at a party and orgasming. I am the only one naked at this party and people are cheering me on doing it. Is this some sort of a fantasy of something that I should live out? or is this simply my mind creating random ideas?

If you feel good or fulfilled in your dream then go ahead and try it if you think it would make you feel good/fulfilled in real life. Just make sure that the people watching feel comfortable with it and have agreed to participate.
Though you might stop dreaming about it...so consider whether you would rather continue dreaming about it or actually do it.
If you feel disgusted with yourself or ashamed in your dream, I wouldn't do it.

Ok as weird as this might sound, you really probably shouldn't do it... I believe youre dream is telling you that you will do anything for acceptance into a certain group. Trying to hard means doing ridiculous things. Also you have to rememeber that not all dreams mean something but as far as I'm concerned, it means that acceptance means a lot to you, maybe a little too much.

I wouldn't read too much into it. It's just a mix of subconscious fears and desires.
You shouldn't live it out unless its something you really feel comfortable doing. I've seen bachelorette parties where a guy is hired to get on stage, strip, and yank away. But don't just show up at someones party and start masterbating. lol.
