What groups are you specifically referencing? Ethnicity encompasses alot of different groups of people; they all have drop out rates, but some are higher than others. I have some recent info on this study, but i dont know where to start with your question, help me, help you!

Have you had this topic approved by your instructor? Because technically, we are all ethnic! Anyone who shares a culture, race, religion, or language is part of an ethnic group.
Better rephrase your thesis!
