Because Death is Parallel to life. Nothing last for ever except energy. it is neither created nor destroyed just transfered like the spirit.

Because Adam and Eve ate from the Tree of knowledge of Good and Evil. Because of that, God prevented them from eating from the tree of life. Now our physical bodies die.

We live to pass on our genes. In the random quirk that is life, we exist solely to reproduce so as a species we can continue living.

No-one, or no force of nature has maliciously set out to give us life, just to take it away again.

has meaning and hope. And it is in him, that I live, and move, and have my being.

Actually you don't live to die, live to change your mind, dying is just another event.
