Lots of water to keep hydrated and give bland meals like cooked rice and chicken or rice and cooked fish in small doses very good to clear diarrhoea up!

First of all you'll need to start feeding your dog a bland diet. Boil some ground beef and rice together and give her just a little bit at a time to get something in her stomach. I would suggest a tablespoon or two at a time.

One of the best remedies for any bowel problems in dogs (and cats) is canned pumpkin (yes, the stuff you make pumpkin pie from). Give her a teaspoon or two of canned pumpkin and that, along with the bland diet of beef and rice for the next few days, should clear up her problem.

If she is not getting better in a few days then you will need to take her in to see the vet. In the meantime, make sure that she is drinking plenty of water. If she is not interested in drinking plain water, you can add a little chicken broth into it to entice her to drink. It is very important that she doesn't dehydrate.

Good luck - I hope your pup feels better soon!

I would first monitor the dog. Try cooking some small pieces of hamburger and mix in some cooked white rice to feed to her/him. The mixture is bland and soothing to their stomach. Next keep an eye out to make sure they aren't dehydrated. Check the color of their gums, if they are white and not pink get them into the vet asap. Most vets will answer simple questions over the phone for you, but you want to make sure it doesn't go on for longer than a few days, and that it isn't being caused by them getting into some type of toxin or having a sickness.

If you haven't seen your vet - do so. In the meantime, starve him, or offer little plain boiled rice, but make sure you leave water available.

You really should get him to a vet. But at home make sure he doesn't get dehydrated and give him a beef / rice mixture.

Just give him/her water for a day (no food).
Maybe try changing the food to dry food instead of tinned.

Don't feed your dog any wet food or human foods/liquids. Feed only dry food. It's the best way to go.
