When I am having sex with my partner, I ohten find it is hard to keep in rhythm with him. In any position-it seems once I find his grooveand I am moving in unison with him-he kicks me out of it-then when doing certain other activities on him-I seem to have trouble doing two different things at once..like using my hand to do one thing while my lips do another...

no, I am not retarded, and I have NEVER had this problem b4...just with this guy I am currently seeing-it is weird and I feel like maybe we are just not compatible sexually or something-although there are no complaints from him and we are both satisfied-

Don't assume you have a "problem". It takes time and practice and sex is different with each partner. The longer you are together, the better it will get. You figure it out as long as you are both patient with each other and he tells you what he likes and how it likes it. There is nothing wrong with telling each other how to please each other. Just makes it better. Ask him what he wants and how he wants it, he may like the fact that you ask, I know my BF did!

Take dance lessons if you want coordination!! I'm being totally serious. And it'll also help out on your flexibility. There are a lot of types of dance you could get involved in, depending on your needs. Talk with your partner about it. They will listen to you.

Practice makes perfect, but maybe play some music in the background. That might help.
