eat food that's good for you. drink water. exercise every day. you can go for a walk or ride you bike or play ball or something that's fun, not work. go with your mom when she buys groceries or make her a list of food that you want to eat. I know it's hard to lose weight when your whole family eats wrong, but you can make small changed to lose weight. good luck!

I am 15 and I began working out about 3 weeks ago. I hate dieting so I haven't really changed what I eat, I just stopped eating junk food and ate smaller portions. I run or walk at least once a day and do A LOT of crunches. I have already lost 15 pounds and 3 inches off my waist. If you stop eating foods that you know are bad, drink a lot of water, and run as often as you can you will lose the weight. If you set a goal for yourself you will do a lot better, tell yourself that by the end of next week you will drop 3 pounds and make sure you do it. You will feel a lot more confident once you start to see the results and it will motivate you to keep going.

Good Luck... And stick with it!

Don't go for any diet that tells you to only eat certain foods or to starve yourself. Eat healthy and exercise and if you're exercising a lot don't be suprised if you gain a few pounds at first, muscle weighs more than fat, it just means you're getting stronger. Go to mypyramid.com and it will tell you the number of servings you need per day. It's also healthier to eat 4 small meals instead of 3 big ones because you'll eat less in between and stay healthier.
