I´d build as many orphanages and schools as possible, as well as community and sports centres for children in poor areas, and set up the organisations and individuals needed to sustain them. I would choose places in Africa, in the Middle East (where needed ... Iraq, Palestine etc), and Afghanistan. These are countries where the infrastructure (if any) is far from being able to support the neccessary social projects which are needed.
My emphasis would be on providing girls with a proper education and support systems, to let them be able to lead a good life and have hope for their futures. No discrimination intended here, but it is the girls who get less chances at going to school when times are tough. Providing youth in such areas with an education is the only way to give them a chance to get out of such situations, and improve things for their families.
Í´d also try to find people I´ve maybe done wrong to, or offended, and apologize, and ask for their forgiveness.
And I´d pray! (I´d need to do lots of that!!) :-)

Buy houses and ensure my family is taken care of and my close friends.
Travel - Europe and do a really good tour! Do top notch travel of all the places I wish to go.
Find something I believe in and leave a legacy. E.g. build a school, set up a foundation or something.

Put aside about 30 million for my family, and give the rest to the American Red Cross and UNICEF. What the heck do I need with it if I'm going to die? I can blow it on a bunch of crap for myself like a selfish idiot, or I can do some good with it. In the end, it won't make a diffference to me.

give my family 50 million and donate the rest to various charitable organizations (like Save Darfur) and live the rest of my life making sure that the money is not taken and is going where I want it to go.
maybe with the publicity I get, I could convince the president to stop wasting money, set up a strong budget plan, and get out of Iraq

I'd set up orphanages, schools and free clinics. Put everything in a foundation to ensure those I'd help set up runs continously long enough to outlive my grandchildren.

Then I'd go with my husband and kids, spend my last days at home with them.

I don't need to give to my family, they can provide for themselves. I don't think it's logical to make them richer or more comfortable than they already are. Friends? More people need it than them.
