I have never heard that christians in India are using money to win converts. I suppose it could be though as there is certainly a lot of donation from christians in the U.S. for missions around the world, including India. They will never get far with it though because the religion of the Hindu people is complex and has been deeply entrenched longer then any other religion of the world. Also, christianity will never convince a person who is actually like Nietzsche or Socrates. Edit: This time I would have given Pretty a thumbs up but you gotta give your avatar a better face if you want that from me Pretty.

I thought that it was mainly evangelists going to India. Catholicism seems to be popular in South America though...

Who cares.

Of all the arguments "for" Christianity, about the least convincing - and this is saying something - is the "we have the most people" argument.

People are converting to Islam, Buddhism and LDS too, so I'm thinking you're being a bit biased here.
