soul. my body can be repaired much more easily. besides, my body is temperal and really only my soul's tool, so the master is greater than the servant. I can help people, even if it means discomfort or pain.

The body is very important because it houses the soul. The body gradually decays ending in physical death, but the soul continues for eternity.

28 Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather, be afraid of the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell. Matthew 10:28

26 What good will it be for a man if he gains the whole world, yet forfeits his soul? Or what can a man give in exchange for his soul? Matthew 16:26

If I had to do something that would cause me considerable discomfort to help other people, the answer would be 'YES'.

13 Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends. John 15:13

I couldn't answer that without more detail;
but I can tell you that my soul is far more important than my body, since my soul lives on beyond the body.

You would have to explain how it would help and what it would be. I know it says in the bible that our bodys are Gods holy temples, so you need to take care of them. if you're talking about giving an organ of that sort, pray about it! that's very kind of you to do!

My body is highly unimportant and souls don't exist.

The notion of self-sacrifice doesn't require silly ideas like souls. Altruism is driven by a social instinct possessed by all social animals.
