Simply there are no expectations of a Freemasons wife that differ to the social expectations of any wife.
There are no additional expectations of a wife, due to her husband being a Freemason, and Freemasonry doesn't dictate anything regarding the wife, her life and/or her role in her husbands life.

If the wife is a Christian, she has the responsibility to God to do everything she can to get him to leave this evil institution. If she must, she should bring him before their Pastor. There are some Christian denominations that will kick a man out if he's a Mason; others bar Masons from holding positions of responsibility.
Most Christians have no idea how anti-Christian the Masons actually are. Read this, I promise it will shock you:

EDIT: "Marc P," I suggest you read the magazine I've linked you to. I guarantee you'll change your mind after you read it. This is a pagan, anti-Christian organization that believes there are many ways to God.

It depends on how much you want to get involved with the various other bodies like Eastern Star etc. Also, if your husband joins "the line" or the leadership of the lodge you may wish to attend his installations (similar to an inauguration). Many lodges also have family oriented activities. But none of these are mandatory for you, and you're not attending any of them will not reflect on your husband.

My husband is a mason. Our responsibility is to go where he asks you to go and support him in his endeavors. They do lodge meetings and other events and you are to allow him to attend whatever he needs to attend. You are invited on occasion. Married masons' are supposed to be very loyal to their families and faithful to their wives. Masons' are usually well established in the community and are stable and well thought of. They feel a brotherhood with all the other masons and they become very close to the other people in the organization. It seems to be a very honorable, yet quite secretive society.
