Water into wine, loaves & fishes, walking on water, escape from the tomb. These are all things that Copperfield knew how to do by 10 years old.

Indeed. He was either a "really good magician", as you say, as well as a lunatic or con-man, or He was indeed what He claimed He was.

For your consideration: Christianity has lasted 2000 years. It conquored the Roman Empire, and all pagan Western nations. The nations of Christianity (the West) have ruled the entire earth for hundreds of years (we could go on and on)...........Perhaps the religion of Copperfield cannot make the same claims?

HIs own defense was 'why would satan be casting his own self out?' Apparently he never heard of 'seeding' a mined-out shaft to draw in a sucker.
A con man plants real gold all over key places in the worthless mine for fools to find and be excited about. The selling price is much, much more-than the cost of a small amount of real gold.

Jesus practiced lots of sorcery, necromancy, and ritual magic. Whether it was divinely assisted or he was just very skilled at magic, now that's a personal question of faith.

Yes, he was a good magician when he brought people back from the dead, healed incurable diseases, gave blind people there sight back, made lame people walk. Yes it is all stuff cooperfield could do by the time he was ten.

**Notice the sarcasm in my answer?

Personally, i think he was just s good magician with a lot of " lovely assistants ".

Come on, bringing people back from the dead, himself coming back from the dead? there's gotta be wires somewhere.

I think that his tricks were just ahead of his time and he used them to trick other people, and idiots still believe it today! Man was he good, or bad either way, it sounds fake to me.

"Ok...turn around. Turn around."

*audience turns, Jesus adds piles of bread and fish*
