At least 28 in Feb, 30 or 31 during the other months, depending.
Maybe more, if you've had an accident. Or, if you're changing to go out in the evening.

Every day at least and additionally after You work out at the Gym or when You get laid. If Your not at home or have no access to a shower it's cool to go commando rather than put dirty underwear back on. GQ should publish an article on this! I wonder if they take submissions? I could write it up in three thousands words easy!
