Depends on the man. Physically speaking, in most case it will be Breasts, Butt, Legs, but the order will vary.
For me, It's Legs first, Butt second, Breasts last. Facial features, eyes, hair and such are all important too. Thats where the cruel term "butter face" comes from. (Everything's good butt 'er face).
Confidence really doesn't count for physical attraction, but there is something to be said for having a mental attraction to someone, and confidence helps
Essentially, you want both physical and mental attraction. If it's just physical, you're a fling, and if it's just mental, you're a friend.

Most of the men I know are attracted physically to a woman with fair skin and a big butt.

Its different for every guy. If you have a cute face and don't way 30 pounds with in my weight then you can have little booby's and a lil butt its ok.
but that's just me.

It was all of the above for my husband, but mainly, it was the inside that counts, and same for when I met my husband for the first time all of the above, and most of all what was on the inside that counts!

Not to sound greedy, but to me, all of those count.
Breasts: nice and round, not toooooo big.
Legs: nice and long (and shaved)
Eyes: doesn't matter to me
Butt: Round and pretty big
Smile: Nice teeth.
