Holiness is living clean. Not moral but clean. The fruit of the Spirit located in Galatians 5:22 and 23 tell us what the manifestation of living clean is.

It is true that you are cleansed, and separate from the sin and the world and unto God.

I define "holiness" as a quality that I can feel when my actions or interactions are in line with what I perceive as Love. When my actions or interactions are on the right track to channeling the pure Love and Light that I think is what people mean when they talk about God. I feel a rightness, a sense of flowing with the cosmic stream, and a knowledge that these actions and/or interactions will lead to the highest good of each person involved.

holiness to me means without sin.

Set apart. Living a life without sin. Making a choice not to sin. Giving everything to God and holding back nothing.

Holiness means to be without sin, to be like Christ. We cannot achieve Holiness all by ourselves we need the atoning blood of Jesus to be applied our lives to remove the stain of sin, and the Holy Spirit to dwell in us to fight off the temptation to sin.
