Okay so 2 of my co-workers that I'm close to dreamt, one (a girl) that I was cutting her hair and that I left because something bad happened and she couldn't find me, the other one (a guy) that I was in the hospital bed sick, but the hospital was in my office. The girl says that she never dreams people, but when she does something bad happens, that her dreams mean something. HELP!

LOL the thing is that I AM ZERO superstitious, I don't believe in much of that stuff. I was actually laughing, but the she started to freak me out, because she was telling me things that she dreamt and happened. SHE LOVES me and would never make up stuff or exaggerate. You guys are funny, specially MR. TACO, thanks for the help!

Your co-worker is one of two things:
1. Stupid.
2. Having a good laugh at the expense of your naive nature.
I'd bet on #2. Are you going to die? Yes. Someday you most certainly will, but it will have absolutely nothing to do with her dream.

My mother has dreams that come true, terrible things relating to family and friends. I have "psychic" flashes and have dreamed of places I've never been that I later see. I may also dream of people I've never met that actually exist.
It is possible that something will happen to you similar to in the dream, but she did not say that you were going to die in the dream, according to what you said. In all probability, some parts of the dream will occur and others will never happen. Don't worry about it, for the most part, but do listen carefully, because some dreams are meant to warn. If there is something the dream says you did that causes something bad to happen, avoid doing that, if at all possible. It sounds like the guy is likely in more trouble than you, though.

Do not want to offend dream interpreters but dream are just things in the unconscious brought to the surface because of another evnt in my opinion. I think what ever is going to happen will and dreams won't make it happen any faster.

I doubt that something terrible is going to happen to you, she is probably trying to freak you out, but if you really believe it and are really worried about it, then just be careful in all the things that you do for a while, and it will pass.

It's hard to answer w/o certain info, but if you are close to these ppl and have been having a hard time in life that you have expressed to them, then that is their empathy for you playing out in their dreams. Like if they perceive you as vulnerable in any way, their dreams are representing that.

I had a good friend back in the 70's tell me that he had a dream I died in a car crash. Scared me. However, weird as it sounds his wife a few years later died in a car crash.
I don't think it is relevant but was weird.

No you are not going to die, at least not because they dreamed you are sick or hurt. There is just something going on in their minds about you that is manifesting itself in their dreams. It's also possible that they are just in cahoots to scare you.
Don't worry about it.
