okay. so i'm a bit obbessive with what i eat, and i think that i deprive myself on a lot of stuff.
i have lost 50 pounds so far, and i have cut ALOT of things out.
i don't eat cookies, cakes, ice cream, sodas, chips, candies, basically none of that stuff.
i was wondering if natural peanut butter is a bad sweet to be eating?
that is one thing i love love love, do you think that i will gain weight from just peanut butter, if i have cut almost everything bad out of my diet?

I looked at your other questions and you sound like a girl with an eating disorder. Makes me very sad for you. You say you lost 50 pounds? Good for you, but what is your weight now?

Take a class in nutrition and learn how to eat healthy and then you won't have to worry about what you eat because then you will know what's good for you.

Peanut butter needs to be combined with something else to make it a complete protein, like wheat bread. It is very good to eat, especially organic peanut butter. Watch that it doesn't contain partially hydrogenated oils.

Food is a friend, not an enemy, honey,

organic peanut butter and celery tastes great as well as organic peanut butter and plain rice cakes.

eating peanut butter wont be the thing causing you to gain weight. if youve cut out all of the soda chips and candies you should be okay because like i said peanut butter is a good fat for you.

As long as you are only eating about a tablespoon or two a day you should be fine....moderation is key...naturla peanut butter is better for you but it is still packed with fat (good fat but it is still fat) so you don't want to eat too much.....moderation is key....sounds like you have been very successful so far...keep it up.

I would say peanut butter would be a 'healthy' snack. As long as your eating it in moderation you shouldn't have a problem. Your metabolism should be faster now. Allow yourself to splurge every now and again!!
