hey guys im 135lbs. and im 13 years of age and i am kinda short though.. like 4'8'' =/ do you think im over weight? i really really wanna lose weight cuz i have a skinny boyfriend and i feel like im like 200lbs next to him lol.. hes like 80 or 90lbs!!! hes sooo fricken skinny!! i REALLY wanna lose weight but i have really comited before... for like a month i excersized for a half an hour after school and ate less but i never lost any weight.. i did crunches and leg lifts and the bicycle excersizes and i mixed it up a lot and stuff but i REALLY wanna lose weight sooo much i really do but im just getting over being sick at the moment and i cant excersize but has anyone of you guys had any good experiences with like shakes or pills. PLEASE HELP!!!!

Don't get into shakes or pills at your age, you'll damage your body which is still developing. At your height and age, I'm guessing you are still growing taller as well.

I think you are getting ready for a growth spurt, which will take care of your weight problems. Especially if you tried to lose weight as you described and it didn't work. TRUST YOUR BODY - it knows it needs that weight for something, and be patient. Continue your exercises and eat a healthy balanced diet including the 5 fruit and veg, and I'll bet you ten dollars that you will be a perfect weight in 6 months, without you having to do a thing.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Do a 10 lesson session class of Hatha Yoga, you'll be hooked and fit for life, just 3 times a week for 1 hour

Yes you are overweight. You are not active enough and you eat too many calories.
