For future reference to all never, ever drive away with your car if its not right your mistake was when you went to pick your car up and seen the damaged you should have canceled the deal right then. All you can do now is kiss there butt with niceness and when that don't work take them to court hopefully you have some facts and some witnesses.

Every state's law's are slightly different when it comes to reselling cars that have been totaled, salvaged and then repaired. I always run from any car with a rebuilt/reconstructed or salvage title because you never know who did the repairs of if they were done correctly. IF they sold you a car without airbags all together then that could certainly be a case, if the new airbags aren't hooked up correctly then that could still be a case, but a car cannot be on the road without airbags. I would suggest getting a lawyer because there are a lot of things that could make this a case or not. Carfaxes can be helpful with some things, but I have since learned that they aren't always accurate. Two of my cars have some inaccurate reporting (one of our cars was flagged as a total loss vehicle, but my insurance didn't declare it a total loss and it was repaired and another one of our cars supposedly has a branded title, though we have a clear title) so carfax can give you some information, but I'm starting to wonder how much is really accurate and sometimes it only brings up more questions than answers! I would suggest starting with the dealership and see if they will do anything for you and I'd also suggest contacting the Better Business Bureau about the dealership. It might give you some leverage to get them to help you. If you can't get anything done then I'd suggest contacting a lawyer about a possible suit.

My suggestion is to check around at other body shops, get at least 3 quotes. Then with the quotes in hand, go back to the place you bough the car. Talk with the Head manager about the situation, take pictures o the car.
Inform the manager if you dont get results with in a desentl about of time, ( I wouldn't go beyond 5 days, not 5 working days, but 5 days period. ) to get an answer.
If they are unwilling, i would take them to small claims court and make sure they know that is what is coming next if you are not given what should be satisfactory customer service.
Hope this helped you.

Write a letter of complaint to the General Manager of the dealership. Explain yourself, explain your frustration. Keep it business-like. Tell him you want him to call you when he get the letter. When he does, work out the repairs to the paint.
Be sure you take pictures of the paint repair as it looks today. Take as many photos from as many differing angles as possible. If you can, include these in the letter. Be sure to keep copies for your "file".
You need to think of this in terms of building a case against the dealership. You believe you have been wronged, and you'll need to prove that in front of the Judge. So, document everything, try to work out an arrangement and put it behind you. Never announce your intentions (I'll SUE you).
If they won't place nice, then you won't have to play nice and they'll be on the defensive.

Contact a lawyer and have him write a letter saying that you will be taking them to small claims court. You don't have to hire the lawyer to actually go to court with you, but if the letter comes from a lawyer, then it carries much, much more weight.

I had a problem like this.
Go to the court and get the small claim's paperwork. Fill out everything except the name of who it is that your going to take to court. Then go to the dealer and ask the shmuck how to spell his name.
Worst case scenario you will already have all the paperwork filled out!

Let them try it again, but make a deal with the boss that if it doesn't come back right the 2nd time around, you want a full refund on the car.

Take them to small claims court or get a lawyer to write them a letter///normally the cost for the letter is dirt cheap.

First you need to make sure in all the paperwork you signed there was no "AS IS" statement! And hopefully you took pictures cause that always helps with damage cases!

Get a lawyer fast! Then make sure that you document all that has happened so far. Keep good records.
