Black stool for a week, when black stool started woke up in morning with black coffee like grains in mouth.....
Alot of gas....

hospitals are hopeless in Sydney, Australia..... was told to go see my GP for follow up in 1-2 days....

Sounds like a GI bleed! You need to see a competent physician.

the black stool is a problem go to a specialist the black stool could mean some GI bleeding. See a good doctor and a change in diet

It sounds like you should have already seen a doctor. Abnormal stools are nothing to fool around about.
