find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lentils, soy products) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

If your a vegeterian that is great your helping you and our earth. If you don't lose weight it might have to do with the things you eat that are vegeterian, like candy, or fatty carbohydrates. YOu must eat at least 5 times a day in small portions, you have probably heard that before right? Try excercising in the morning for 30 min on a stationary bike at a fat burning heart rate level. Then eat oatmeal with soy milk since your vegeterian, have an apple 3 hours after your breakfast, then 1 hour later have lunch like mashed potatoes and vegetebles or soy meat if you eat any I DO YUM!! Then around 4:30 have a pasta with cream non fat. Then excercise for another 30 min around 6 pm. Also trust me on this eating things low in salt and sodium will help you lose weight try it and i wish you the best of luck!
