Are ozone generators that go around your neck good?

The natural medicine websites only say good things about them. I know this is sales fluff. Is low-level ozone harmful to your eyes or respiratory? Can they cause headaches? How powerful a concentration of ozone do the little battery powered ones produce (AA batteries)???

I think these things are not benifitial, otherwise there would be mutiple research projects printed in leading health care journals, good luck
