You need to take care of your body and mind. They are more important then any other "deadline".
You need to go to your primary phycian and be completely honest with him/her. I am not a MD, but you may suffer from anxiety disorder or OCD, which is nothing to worry about. Getting help is what is most important. Once you have been placed mon the correct path to a entirely heathy life, you will look back and see you were causing more issues then ever needed.
Hang in there it will get much better, but not without the proper medical care!!!! Do not worry about the deadlines! Please!

It sounds like your over stressing yourself. The worst part of it is your under sleeping, and that's adding onto your stress and your stomach pains. I would say to take a good look at your posture cause that does play a big roll in it as well. If your shoulders are rolling forward to bad posture due from work you tend to shorten your diaphragm. also when your stressed you most likely raise your shoulders, causing muscle tension and even headache's. I would take a couple sick days off for your own health. get the 6 to 8 hours a sleep your body so desperately needs, and watch your posture. Try not to get too stressed and within a couple of days you should be feeling better

First off worrying puts bunches of strain on your body, find someone to help with learning to deal with deadlines. The pain could possibly be an ulcer. Ask a Dr. to get sure answers though. Do what you can and the rest let it go. I know easier said than done, but at that rate your doomed to crash.

You really need to relax! I know its hard to say that, but if you don't, you'll get even more problems. My friend was in the same exact way and she received ulcers and had all kinds of problems from lack of sleep and trying to do everything in the small amount of time we have. To be honest, some things can wait to get done. Put it this way, if you get sick or hurt, those things wouldn't get done anyways and would be harder to do and take more time, so better to pace yourself and not stress so much or you'll end up with more worries and not being able to accompolish those tasks anyways.

If you stress that much, you couuld have an ulcer. You should seek medical help. The doctor may be able to help you treat the stomach pains as well as maybe try a medication that will help you to stop stressing out so much. There are medications out there that may help you to live a more normal life and not die at a young age cuz you stress so much. Good luck.
