Because of all the new focus on harassment, a lot of guys literally have to be hit in the head with a 2X4 before they will notice you are attracted to them. We are afraid to come on to women these days because you never know if they are going to shoot you down, call the police or freak out. I know that sounds crazy, but I have gotten to the point where I'd rather not risk it. If the woman is interested she literally has to tell me. I may notice her looking at me and even flirting, but unless she comes right out and says something I leave it alone. I have missed out on some great gals because of this and it seems to be a shame. It is just easier to say "hey I like you, want to go out." If my fiance' had not grabbed me and kissed me on our second date, I may never have gotten engaged, much less past first base.

It is just some guys that are thick headed. I am fairly good at telling when someone is flirting with me. I tend to pay a lot of attention to her and thus catch things. Most guys need to pay a little more attention some times.
