Agreed! Avoid the additional sugar. Eat fresh fruit. Anything with preservatives is arguably unhealthy.

The extra sugar adds to the number of calories as well as provides a spike in your blood sugar causing your pancreas to secrete more insulin. This secretion of insulin induces hunger and increase desire to eat more. This will increase the calorie intake.

I avoid juices altogether... it's so high in sugar. Eat the fresh fruit instead. It has more nutrients, less calories, and will fill you up.

fresh fruit in moderation is a good thing. But there are natural sugars, and calories, you can't gorge on it.
As for the juice you mention, read the label.
