When I'm heading out the door in the morning and need a sandwich to take with me for lunch, I make a quick peanut butter and honey sandwich. Just mix together and spread on unbuttered bread, yum. I don't know how it does it, but it takes on a cinnamon taste.

peanut butter and banana sandwiches. Variations include toasting the bread, adding a little bit of honey, or using mayo on one side- as long as the peanut butter and mayo don't tough (must have banana in each bite) it's actually pretty good. Elvis ate them.

Pitta pockets are great - you toast them lightly first then just slit a hole at the top and smear in some hummus, crispy bacon, crispy lettuce and juicy tomatoes, and no mess. they are lighter than bread but just as satisfying yum yum

This is my favorite - "Gobbler Croissant"
Slice a croissant in half - lengthwise, of course.
Add swiss cheese, sliced turkey, sliced cucumbers & spread ranch dressing on top slice of the croissant & place on top of cucumbers. YUM!
