i'm a guy small frame btw

If you have a normal frame, you're about 20 pounds underweight. For a small frame, you're not underweight but close enough to where you could gain a few pounds. Personally I think it's all about personal preference. Gain a few pounds, see if you like yourself better at that weight and if you don't, lose the weight you gained.

To gain weight, eat more calories than you burn off. To maintain weight, eat the same amount of calories that you burn off or slightly more. To lose weight, eat less calories than you burn off but never go below 1200 calories per day.

How old are you? I was 5'8" 145 when I graduated high school 4 yrs ago. I weigh 170 now. So if you're under 18, don't worry about it. If you're over 18, you're a bit on the small side, but lifting weights and increasing caloric intake should put some weight on you.

I'm 5'4" and 92 lbs, I'm also underweight too and trying to gain weight myself too. My antidepressants, Paxil, helps me so much along with Zantac acid reducers and I'm beginning to detox myself to get all the incorrect parasites OUT of my system (valeriesaxion.com) and then to feed NEW good flora into my stomach so that I can gain my weight back. I'm also Deaf from maternal rubella, re: CRS Syndrome, as I was born Deaf in 1965 from that epidemic but it was God's plan anyway! I was meant to be Deaf for many reasons! Look at the bmi charts - if your'e small framed - you can pull off less weight I think.I'm a 5'9 small framed 135 lb female and I feel huge.

I can't see you, so I don't know. A lot of people classify weight with height. while this is ok, it's not the most accurate. I would suggest stripping in front of a full body mirror. Are you bony and unhealthily skinny? If not, your probably fine.

Remember, you can always pump some iron.

i am going to say yes you should be weighing like 150-165
