Go see your doc to find out if you have a medical condition causing it or not. Once the doc determines what is going on he can recommend things to do for this.

I think you're too thin but I have no clue as I deal with kilograms. So eat more if that's the case.
You should definitely work out and shower with hot and cold water every morning to prepare your body for different temparatures and it would know how to react the next time you feel cold. Dress really warm when you're at home because if you're already really cold while you sit at home, it's a bad sign. You should definitely go and see the doc about it.
As you're 17, it's nothing that weird to have cold hands and feet, I had that, too. Being cold all the time (as in shaking as well) is what sounds like something to be worried about.
IF you're hands and feet are wet at the same time and if you have sweat while you're cold, then DEFINITELY see the doc. This could always have something to do with your personality. It could very well be that you're very nervous. Feeling cold sweat on your skin can cause that you feel even colder. Then it could be that you're having hyperhidrosis.
Good luck!

That's either a circulation problem, or an iron deficiency.
For a circulation problem, go to the doctor or chiropractor for an analysis.
For iron deficiency, take Slow FE, you can find it at any drug store, ask for help.

Thats why because you are too skinny but I don't know how tall you are so it depends. Try to exercise that warms me up or take a nice hot bath. And dress warm.

Eat healthy. I bet being cold all the time isn't your only "lack of nutrition" side effect. Sleep well?
