Avoids using soap. It disrupts the natural moisture barrier in your skin - strips it out. This means that your skin is loosing it's ability to retain moisture - result = dry wrinkled skin over time.Instead use a well formulated product that mimics the structure of skin.
A good rule of thumb is if it is bubbly then it is not good for your skin. A good cleanser will not bubble up very much.
Look at the Arbonne Intelligence line - excellent facial wash and body cleanser. All contain anti-irritants, moisturizers, vitamins, and beneficial botanicals.

Yes it is very important. You have dirt and oil that has built up on your skin that needs to be removed. Now with the body soap you have to very careful because some body soaps will dry out your face. Unless you use something soft like Dove. Always follow-up with a facial moisturizer.

You are a guy so I guess you can use body soap on your face, but isn't that like using shaving cream to wash your hair? There are a lot of products on the market now designed for guys, that smell more masculine, but for my money I would use Nuritgena original bar or liquid soap. It has a pleasant, neutral sent. You could follow up with one of the many facial lotions out there for men, but make sure that the sent doesn't clash with any other sent you have or wear, from body spray to hair spray. Ladies and more people in general like clean, subtle layered scents that don't knock you over or out.

Depending on the type of body soap, it could be harmful to your face. Like Ivory, it dries out my skin, so I wouldn't use it on my face. Anything with oil in it, like some Dove soaps, will make my face break out, but is fine for the rest of my body. For mosy people, the skin on your face is different from the rest of the skin on your body, so it may be a good idea to use a cleanser designated for your face only.

I personally use Dove soap on my face and body. For me, it doesn't dry my skin out as much as other soaps and I love the scent. It varies from person to person since everyone's skin is different. Try out a few and see what works best for you.

NEVER use body soap to wash your face! You should go to the facial cleansing asile at the grocery store or target/wal-mart. They have a bunch of face cleaners. Like for acne and blackhead stuff.

It depends on your skin type.
I dont wash my face during my daily showers, but every other day, or whenever I feel it's needed, I use Apricot Scrub. DONT USE BODY SOAP!!! It leaves residue and bacteria on your face, makes you break out.
I wet a rag with hot water... DO NOT WET YOUR FACE. Rub the Apricot Scrub into your face, then wipe away with the wet rag. It helps take the dead skin and bacteria off.
I hope I helped.

I suggest Clean & Clear Morning Burst for shower face wash.Use something for your type of skin, unscented for sensitive, oil free for oily, blackheaad cleansing if you have blackheads. Use a wash, not a scrub. DONT USE BODY WASH. It will either leave residues or react harshly with your face. Either way it will not do the job well like a face wash.

Try Dove or Oil of Olay soap. You will need to use a moisturizer afterwards as well, same brand is usually good.
