do you think you are chunky? see about testing your thyroid. your heart cannot last very long supplying that kind of weight. by medical definition morbid obesity means 50 lbs overweight.i am 60lbs overweight and am concerned about my health. as a nurse and knowing the complications i do not recommend gastric bypass. and i do not recommend strenuous exercise without consulting with a physician.of all the surgical solutions i have seen, lap band appears the least problems however has many risks and complications that include death. i do recommend atkins diet. also see a doctor to see if you have a thyroid condition. stick to it the atkins diet and you will lose weight. overweight people have a very high morbidity(death) rate merely because their organs wear out faster than they should.also, drinking lots of water.especially before meals will help you to feel fuller and eat less.that will help you.i will keep you in my prayers as losing weight is not easy but once you do you will feel very good, inside and out.

come on i you just trying to get points for asking a question? Um that would be a yes you are no matter how tall you are. However if you are serious about that and you are unhappy(definitely unhealthy I gather) I would consider a lap band surgery procedure. Incorporate atleast 30- 60 mins of exercise a day for the rest of your life and lower your calories leave bread rice pasta pizza and all sweets alone no soda pop. Sugar free. Hope this helped

Yes, I believe you are. However, if you do some exercises, and watch you diet (maybe join NutriSystem which will give you the right foods to eat and help you lose weight safely). I know it is hard, but you need to do this for your health. You could easily have a heart attack, so please look into something like NutriSystem or Jenny Craig or Weight Watchers, plus you will have the support of others who are going through the same thing.

you have passed the chunky mark. If you can't get a grip on your eating you need to seek professional help prior to being bed ridden and wondering where your next junk food meal will come from. If it tastes good just spit it out.

I'd honestly reccomend getting some help. It's nothing to be ashamed of, but you have an eating disorder. If you don't get help soon, then you will become sick and possibly die. I'd reccomend contacting a gym and or going on a strict diet. Check with your local facilities for more information. Remember, only you can help yourself, never be embarrassed to make yourself feel better and healthier.

Unless you're about 10 feet tall, I think you're a *little bit* more than "chunky"
