Michele gave you the best answer. Your lungs are not made to inhale smoke. So even if there were a cigarette that did not have a known cause of cancer. You still would be a risk of other diseases, such as lung disease.

I'm sure there are not cigarettes that don't cause cancer. But you might consider buying tobacco and rolling your own. The tobacco and paper don't have a lot of chemicals in them Might be better for your health until you quit. And should you stop smoking and start again, cigarettes you roll yourself won't make you dizzy like the others.
