Did Nostradamus know more than God? Only God knows the day and the hour when He will send Jesus back and the end of this world begins.....
So only God knows how much time is left in the world for another Pope....and it really doesn't matter much.
What matters more is how many more people have time to find Jesus.....God is allowing only so much time, and it may be getting short!

I think you'll find it is the prophecies of St Malachy a well regarded 12th Century Irish Bishop and Saint of the Catholic Church whose prophecies were regarded as absolutely true up until a hundred years ago (when the list of final Popes started to get thin).
St Malachy listed 112 Popes when he wrote his prophecy and included descriptions regarding each that have been incredibly accurate. Pope Benedict is listed as 111, or the second last Pope.
See:

Of course, today the Catholic Church renounces St Malachy and his prophecies, proclaiming them a fraud. A completely different position compared to 100 or even 200 years ago.
Maybe read the Almanac of Evil (link above) and consider yourself whether God and Jesus are going to allow the Vatican to continue for many more years?

According to Nostradamus...probably not. However, if he keeps on p*ssing off the Bishops and Cardinals the way he has been, he just may be the late Pope.
Blessings,

I have not heard about anything about Nostradamus.
But I have heard about the prophecies of the Popes by St. Malachi.
The Catholic Church has not declared the Prophecies of St. Malachi as divinely inspired.
Some modern scholars even think they are a forgery.
With love in Christ.

According to Nostradamus, the world ended a few hundred years ago. Why would he keep making predictions, unless he knew he was just making it all up?

Nostradamus .... I can't think of anything other than mentally challenged. Nor can I see the purpose for anyone believing that joke.

You can interpret Nostradamus any way you want. I would not rely on what he says, however. Mostly it is gibberish. Are you speaking of a specific canto? I would be curious to know.
