If you mean to improve the appearence of scars then Bio-Oil is what you need.
Bio-Oil helps improve the appearance of all scar types. Bio-Oil is also highly effective in helping to maintain the elasticity of scar tissue on joints and other high-mobility areas
Bio-Oil should be massaged in a circular motion into the scar and surrounding skin twice daily for a minimum of 3 months. Younger scars have a greater chance of improvement within a shorter time period, however scars that are older will also benefit from the regular use of Bio-Oil. On new scars, Bio-Oil should be applied only once the wound has healed and should never be used on broken skin

You can try to do a body scrub using Miho medicated bath salt then apply Miho CE cream daily. It should help to lighten the spots. Do a body scrub (alternate day) to remove any dead skin and apply the cream. It would be easily absorbed.

Do check out the links below. Product is sold exclusively online and not in any departmental or drug store.

You can use 5% hydroqinone solution in witch hazel and accuratly use on the dark spots only at night. On a day use a lotion with hpf15 so the spots will fade fast. I suffer with insect -bite-alergies and the dermatologist prescribed that for me. Note tha coa-coa doesnt work, all it does is get the spots darker.
