try this my friend
simply WALK, and just limit to wat you eat starting from breakfast(Which is most important) to dinner which is lease important. if you consume mainly protien for dinner and lots of good carbs and fruits in the morning you should be ok
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats
and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little

I've found that doing exercise for other parts of your body also helps your stomach. The stomach and mid-section is what supports the body, so even doing like lunges works your stomach, and it also works your legs and butt. If you do just crunches, it may help a little, but it's a good idea to work the whole body. It's also a good idea to get your heart rate up when you exercise that way the entire body is working.

I have the same problem. I think that you need to lower your body fat percentage in order to get rid of that pooch. I had a pooch at 120lbs (of course that was a few years ago). I needed to lower my Body Fat. Instead I ended up gaining weight from medication.
Just remember if you have a layer of fat covering your stomach you can do 1000 crunches/sit ups a day and you will still not see much of a difference until you lower your body fat.
I hear many people say that if their body fat percentage goes above a certain amount they will get that pooch so they have to keep it in tack in order to keep their stomachs looking flat toned and sexy LOL.
Try to do a combination of both cardio and crunches/sit ups.
Good Luck!

Target training does not work. You can not just do crunches or just do situps, you have to train your whole body. The more muscle mass your body has the more calories it will consume. Eventually your muscles will consume the calories in the fat cells in your poochy stomach if you train your whole body and eat a low fat diet.

Try belly dancing. I've been a dancer for two years, and not only is it fun, it is the best exercise for those female trouble spots. Even just once a week really helps tone your body.

My friend,
Just as other people have said, lower your body fat and be involved in cardiovascular exercise. It is something that has helped me out a ton.

I don't know anything about Homeopathic recipes, but cardio and a calorie cut (500 less calories a day than you eat now) *should* do the trick. I'll let you know in about a month or so, I just started yesterday. ;)
