You can go on priceline or cheap tickets. You need a credit or debit card. Supply th eneeded information and then print out your e-ticket.

You get your credit card out and pay, but I'm not sure if you can reserve a certain seat. Just go to whatever airline you are using on the net, Virgin, Are Lingus, British Airways, etc...but shop around. You can get good value for money these days in air travel.

You can reserve the seat when you purchase the ticket, if the airline allows seat selection. Some don't.

Its pretty easy. Find the airline you want, it will give you a page with destinations, you select that, then it will show you available departure times and you select the one you want, it might even let you select the seats you want. You can pay for it with your credit card. Before you go you usually should print out your boarding pass within 24 hrs. of departure.
