I don't know how many. I'm very very sure Iran has, Saudi Arabia too. they are the most Islamic. Pakistan is an Islamic republic, but are more liberal and have more religious diversity, as do most of the others, so I think it's just those two.

The funny thing about that is, is that they are just as threatened and insecure by the bible as American "Christians" are about the Koran
