"Hearing" voices (in your mind; not your normal little thought voice) is an hallucination. About 10% or more of the world population hallucinates. If the auditory hallucination is disrupting to normal thought processes and interferes with your life you may be diagnosed with schizophrenia. It sounds like they are this from your description of their being negative and commanding. The fact that you recognized they may not be normal indicates to me they are unwelcome.

In any case you should not heed their negative commands or suggestions. If they interfere with your life in any way tell your family doctor and he can recommend a Psychiatrist. Modern medications and therapy can help get over this disorder.

Look up "Hallucinations" and "Schizophrenia" on Yahoo! search for more information. Wikipedia in both categories has a good summary of the phenomenon.

could be the oneset of schizophrenia, could be the onset of depression.

in any event, this is NOT normal behavior, don't listen to those voices and get yourself to a doctor right away.

This is not normal and it sounds like schtzophrenia. The good news is that this can very easily be managed with the proper medication and a solid therapist.

Please get some mental health help soon.

Peace
