I have a 3 yr old wart in my finger which grows irritatingly. I want to remove it myself, but how? Thanks for serious replies.

Have you tried the liquid nitrogen that is now sold over the counter? It really works, but you might have to try it a couple of times. I can't remember the brand name, but someone at a pharmacy should be able to help you.

OK sounds crazy. when my grandfather first told me to do it i refused and told him he was nuts. He convinced my mother to do it on her wart, and it actually worked. So i tried, and no more wart. Buy a few books of matches, light a match and place it directly on the wart, be careful to avoid the surrounding skin. When placed on the wart IT WILL NOT HURT YOU OR BURN YOU. Something with the sulfur causes the wart to die. Repeat this with about 5 matches, do this in the morning and at night for about a week and the wart will be gone, guarenteed. Sounds crazy but is painless cheap and works! goodluck.

Duct tape. Cut it to as close to the size of the wart as you can. Leave on all the time, only removing to wash. When removing the tape, you can also file the dead skin off of the wart, wash, and then replace tape. Should take 4 weeks or so.

Dr Scholl's has a liquid nitrogen product available over the counter now, it's the same stuff a doctor would use. Follow the instructions closely and repeat as necessary.
