Right now she is eating Nature's Recipe, which is very good food, but she needs to loose weight...I want a brand of food with NO byproducts or anything else bad in it that will help her loose weight.

Something is not agreeing with the small dog, and she is producing too much fat. Take her to the vet and let the vet decide what would be best for the dog. Sounds like she may be overeating or not getting enough exercise.

We feed our chihuahuas Nutro Natural Choice small bites, and they do well on it. Just cut how much you feed your dog by 1/3 and she should lose weight. No treats and no table food.
