find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I suggest doing weight watchers. I've lost over 50lbs and am now at a healthy weight. The nice thing about it is its not drastic changes and its something I personally can live with. If you don't want to pay for it there are sites online that have a basic description of the plan... or you could just join the online program. Be careful eating too few calories because your body will go into starvation mode and you won't lose anything... and you'll be starving...

Eat only when hungry and that too not more than 3 times a day. Include uncooked fruits and uncooked vegetables as much as possible. Chew each morsel at least 32 times so that ur internal messaging of the body becomes functional and u get signals of hunger and fullness with the least possible delay.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u might not have even dreamt in a reasonable period of time and that too effortlessly.

You want to drop approximately 25% of your bodyweight. Are you mental?

Please, if you think you need to drop some weight, do it slowly and reasonably. Your goal of 30 Lbs is very extreme unless you're 4 feet tall or something.

Track what you eat and do lots of exercise (both aerobic and anaerboic). You can use fitday.com to track both your calorie intake and how much you burn daily.

Please...BE CAREFUL!!!

How old are you and how tall? If you google BMI calculators online, they can tell you what your current BMI is and what is healthy. Unless you are fairly short, weighing 100 lbs. may not be healthy.
If you want to lose weight, you do need to cut calories and add exercises, but it sounds like you are going to the extreme. Consult your doctor and see what he or she says is the best course of action for you.

Depending how old and how tall you are, you shouldnt really have to lose that much weight. I have that same problem, only I am much bigger than you are (169) and I really cant help you there. If you get any good advice, let me now and we can be excercise buddies!

8 glasses of water a day

2.
1 small yogurt and a piece of toast for breakfast
apple for snack
salad with chicken for lunch
veggies for snack
whole grain pasta and some meat for dinner
8 glasses of water a day

3.
