What does a gay person look like? You look like a handsome guy, but whether or not you look gay, I couldn't say. If you are asking the question because some people have told you that you look gay, you should just ignore them and be yourself. Life is too short to waste time on what other people think.

OK, You don't look gay! Someone was trying to be hurtful and played on your insecurities. With the exception of a few really flamboyant homosexuals I don't think their is a gay look. People are just people and hence that's what most people look like - just people!
If you're concerned then get a better haircut, and don't let your mom do it. Besides many cute girls love metrosexuals so really who cares?!*
