Contestants answered questions and if they answered correctly part of a picture was displayed. The pictures on the board made up a person, place or thing. There was also a Nintendo game made from it.

Thanks, but thats not the one I'm thinking of. I think it had something to do with concentration. It was for adults, not kids and it was on like CBS or NBC.

Sounds like "Classic Concentration." The player turned over a card and if he could remember where on the board the matching card is, then he could remove both of them, which revealed part of the picture underneath. As more and more cards were removed, more of the picture was revealed. At the end the person had to say what the picture was, which was usually a Rebus-type puzzle that they had to solve. If it's the one I'm thinking of, Alex Trebek hosted it. When I was a kid I watched it when I was home sick from school.

Concentration for sure. Hugh Downs, Jack Narz, and Alex Trebek all hosted different runs of the show. Trebek hosted Classic Concentration, the last incarnation of the show. The puzzles that were revealed are known as rebi (rebus singular). And the rebus was revealed as the players matched prizes.

I think it was Concentration? I used to have the board game. I don't know about a Nintendo game though.

There was a Nickelodeon show called "Get the Picture" that sounds very similar to what you're talking about. They still play that show if you have the channel NICK GAS! I do not know about the Nintendo game though.

Classic Concentration - I loved that game show! They don't make 'em like they use to anymore.

I know this doesn't exactly answer your question, but I think you'll get a kick out of this video. It has to do with the show you described, though. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xbo064qFIpc
